Fine art print of beautiful Riordan's Hut and a South Island Robin, hand drawn on a historic topographic map of Golden Bay, New Zealand. This lovely little historic shepherds hut was restored by John Taylor and my father back in 2003. It holds special memories of many nights spent here with Dad on our tramps along the Kill Devil Pack Track near Uruwhenua. On more than one occasion we were visited by a cheeky weka, and the fire kept us toasty while relentless rain was bucketing down on the corrugated iron roof.
The original artwork was drawn using graphite, watercolour pencils and soft pastels. Fine art prints are museum grade, printed on 310gsm cotton paper using archival inks.
